This is actually Ingham County, the last house on Sherwood Rd before the county line. Photo 29 is the same house, different angle. This is the house where I grew up. My parents bought in 1963 and owned it until 2002. During that time, a wrap around porch was added, new kitchen. They also added a fireplace in the front living room and a wood cookstove in the kitchen. The original purchase price was $18,000 for the house, barn and 80 acres (66 tillable).
Loved to come to the farm to visit! Riding Candy down the road, swinging in the barn into the hay and spending time together Bobby! Priceless!
