This was the farm east of Stanton owned by D. Hale Brake. We raised Hereford beef cattle, some of which can be seen along the lower edge of the photo, across the street from the farm buildings. The farm was sold after his death and was completely demolished in the 80's or 90's. This photo is one of the only known records of the farm.
