This was my grandmother's house for decades. When they purchased it, my grandfather gutted the inside and totally remodeled it. This is probably the most solidly-built house I've ever been in. He purchased the lot next door when he heard that his old neighbors, whom he didn't care for, would be buying and building the lot next door. Lots of love and wonderful memories are tied to this cozy home.
