No gas pumps. A lot less trees.
This is my "home town" of Fargo, Michigan in Greenwood Township, St. Clair County. The Fargo Market no longer has gas but is the only party store in the area. The 3 houses in the picture are still owned by the same families to this day. The house I grew up in is just out of frame to the upper right side.
In 1982 I was living in the small white house to the right of the Fargo Market which was once our Dad, Bob Wixson's Service Station. The house to the upper right is where me and my 5 sisters grew up. The house to the upper left is the house our sister and her husband bought and was living in at this time and where they still live today. Our Dad passed away in 1983. Such good memories of our home town Fargo.
