This farm was originally homesteaded by John Anderson (or John Anders?) about 1883, and was still owned by him in the 1910's. By 1931, Julius & Rose Anderson farmed here, then Charles Wheeler in 1950, and Ken & Alice Hansen in 1960. Spurgeon Jorgenson (who farmed a mile north) owned the farm in 1966, but it was vacant at that time. By 1976, Daniel & Dianne Jorgenson owned the farm and still lived here in 2009.
