Only the grove remains of this farm, since it became part of Johnson Waterfowl Production Area in 1986.
Originally this was the Hakan Olson homestead (ca. 1883), and was still owned by him in the 1910's. By 1931 Oscar & Esther Olson farmed here, and continued to until at least 1960. By 1966, Norma Bucholz owned the farm and rented it to Carl Fletcher, who likely still farmed here when this photo was taken.
