I grew up here, 4875 Dodd Road, Eagan. My parents Jim & Judi Thompson bought these 5 acres in October of 1968. In February of 1972 they started Town and Country Disposal. Over the years they built the pole buildings. They sold the business in October of 1986. Jim passed away in 2005, Judi stayed in the house until she sold it to a developer in September of 2007. If I have my numbers correct they built 11 houses on those 5 acres. The pines trees they planted on the north and south side of the property some are still there. They raised my sister and I there. Many wonderful memories! Dad always said "Make the yard look good from the sky" He sure did a great job of that!
