This was at one time Cominco American, a fertilizer distributor for the area farmers. I believe it changed ownership to Kerr-MaGee for a while and then went dormant thru the '80s. Walco distributing now occupies the building and all that green is now crushed limestone and filled with short line farm equipment. This location is the parts and distribution depot for a lot of the United States. Right here in little ol' Randolph.
Behind the main building, there used to be a rail spur that crossed main street and joined with the tracks seen in the upper left. They were torn out sometime in the late 1980's if I recall correctly.
