This is where I grew up. We lived in the house closest to the township road. The other house my brother Steve and his wife Sharon moved in from Gaylord, it sat next to St Paul's church. The barn was big. You could drive the tractor thru the center isle, in the front and out the back. Of course there was a manure spreader behind the tractor and we cleaned the gutters by hand loading the spreader as it went thru the barn. Dad had a special exhaust pipe made for the "M" so it lard along the hood so we didn't have to take it off every time we drove into the barn.
