The Enfield Cheese Factory Building.
The Cheese Factory was driven out of business in August 1950 because Land O'Lakes built a milk-drying plant in Monticello.
The building is still there and is used as a private residence. The shed type building to the left of the factory is also still there. The train tracks used to run in front of the factory but were removed in 1982.
The building on the far right is no longer there.
