We built this home in 1973-to-1974 and in 2019 we still live here. Lot of improvements have been done. All the trees you see except 1 next to the garage have been removed. New ones are growning a little farther away from the home. Paved the drive, new concrete. New Kitchen, getting a new LR window soon. New garage doors. Plus a lot of other things done.
