I grew up at this address It was called Shady Acres Motel..it was a three acre track along the highway. The owner in 1940 was Mayme Mckinney my Grandmother. My father A. Gale Kocher Mrs McKinney's son-in-law.
We lived there until 2000. It is gone now. It was bought and used for a Volunteer Fire Department Demo and burnt to the ground for training purposes.
