S. 7th Street (Hwy EE) between W. Monroe Ave and W. Franklin Ave. The long concretes slabs behind the house are the remains of the PolyTech Plastics Inc. plant that was destroyed by a massive fire in 1973. The fire was so massive that we could see the glow from our home on Bem Church Rd, about 7 miles south of Owensville.
