The old Wells-Lamont glove factory. Later to become Parts Exchange.

This building has some history. It begins as a shoe co. in early 1920's, closed up after 3 yrs. Wells-Lamont from 1928-1960. Automotive Parts Exchange 1961-1976. Waters Furniture out of Vandalia, Mo late 70's-1980's. Made into apartments 1990's, condemned 2016. Demoed 2018. It was located at NW corner of Dubois & hwy 79. Family Dollar store now occupies a portion of the site.
