This is “The Skate Barn” it was the popular hang out for teens in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s. The buildings to the left are storage units which I believe belonged to Kathy Cunningham, one of the most successful women in real estate in Warren County.

Yes former "Skate Barn" that as of c. 2010 is owned and operated by Mr. Ethan Allen as the "Antique Barn" in Warrenton Missouri ....... Just east of the Rust Construction lot ("Rust Construction" sign on the box trailer) on south side of Veterans Memorial Parkway (old highway 40) and south of former bowling alley that is the Elks Lodge since c. 2000 .......
