I bought this 5 acre patch in 1973, subsequently moved the house and garage you see to the acreage in 1976. In 2007 we built a new house on the same property just this side of the tractor in the photo. County rules would not allow us to keep the house in this photo and was burned but saved the garage. This drive was covered with asphalt in the spring of 2021. Lots of trees since I originally purchase this piece of the prairie.
