This was my fathers farm from my childhood. It was in my family from the 1940’s until just about the time this photo was taken. My pick up truck is in the driveway. The house and barn are the same mostly on the outside, the interiors have been renovated. The out buildings have been mostly removed with only the corn crib remaining as a gazebo now and it was moved away from the house a bit. That spot of broken ground past the corral area was where my father buried his trash. He was protesting the new hours at the dump.
