No connection, but this house is still standing.
This house is located at 500 Bayshore Rd. in the current area of Del Haven, NJ. Del Haven was part of nearby Green Creek when this house was built in 1938 by Joseph Millman, developer of the Wildwood Villas (now known as Villas, NJ). It is still there and largely unchanged outside, along with the grounds.
