My grandparents built this home on the hill across from the family farm. I believe the year was 1977. My grandfather was very proud of the fact that the dining room walls and harvest table were made with pine harvested from trees that he planted when he was 13 years old. The other rooms were paneled with wood harvested from trees that grew in abundance on the farm. He collected antique farm tools and had a room in the basement dedicated to showcasing them. Our family has many happy memories here. This is a lovely photograph. Thank you!
