Have owned this home and resided here for 33 yrs. since Aug. 1985 .
This farmhouse was built approx. 1875 and has gone thru extensive changes since i’ve owned it , most notably the 162’ deck with roof that wraps completely around the house .
Located at 3247 Fox Road , hamlet of Navarino , Town of Onondaga , State of New York and I have owned and resided here since 1985 .
Home was built in 1875 and was the farmhouse for what was once the 50 acre Coward dairy farm .
It has undergone extensive renovation since purchased and the home and its 1.77 acres of land no longer resemble what is shown in this 1982 photograph .
