We started building our home in 1989, moved in in 1990. This house was supposed to be in a suburban development but the builder went bankrupt so we were able to purchase a lot of the materials (stored in a tractor trailer during court proceedings) well below cost. The model is called "The Kimberly" and there are some of the exact same plan in the Victor/Farmington area. 1504 square feet, 3 BR, 2.5 baths. The only thing poorly designed is the tiny kitchen. The original 1.5 acre lot was deeded off farmland purchased by my husband's parents from a neighbor farmer.
