This is my house s of 1991ish. The attached outbuilding to the left had a small workroom/shop in it and actually had sleeping quarters in a floor above. There was a chimney for a woodstove and the ceiling/roof deck had 1915 newspapers plastered onto it for insulation. The house was built in 1848 and remodeled in the Victorian era by a Patrick Murray who owned most of the block. The dairy barn across the road burned down the day before my closing - it was full of old equipment and a gorgeous jelly cupboard which all burned up.

Oh, I had to remove the attached outbuilding - it was collapsing... My wife and I took it down piece by piece and I kept some of the lumber.
