I bought this home at auction and it was in really rough shape. Currently 3 years in fixing the place and living here full time. Lovely area in the heart of orchards.

I'm not sure how in depth you would like me to get but i can give a little history.

The house itself from the outside has not changed at all from this photograph. Besides paint and some fixes to the trim, it has remained the same.

Unfortunately the barn to the east of the home was already collapsed and I was unable to save it. I was told this was used in the 80's and 90's as a pottery barn and family and friends would come to use the kilns and tools the woman had in her shop.

This was also the same fate for the garage to the north, the roof was also caved in and unable to be repaired safely. I was able to reclaim a good amount of the wood and build a large shed on the property.
