This was my grandparents house. built in 1946. Now my house. And this pic was taken well before 1984. I'm guessing early 70's. There are two pecan trees in my front yard that are not in this pic. And a huge fig bush on the side of the old house that is not in this pic. I've been living here since 93. And pecan trees and fig bushes don't grow that fast in just 11 years.
Thank you for your comment, Ralph. We will have our team look into our archive to make sure the dates are correct on the film. In the meantime could you tell us some stories or memories you have at this property? Have you made any changes to the property since taking over in 1993?
The old house is gone. It was in bad shape. Along with several outbuildings that are not visible because if the tree canopy. The big oak tree directly beside the house was blown down during Hurricane Hugo in 89. Lucky it didn't fall on the house. The date has to be wrong because like i said in 93 there was 2 pecan trees big enough to park under that are not in this pic.
