My house. The large cedar tree to the right died after the state did some grading on the ditches. Before they cut it, I measured and calculated it to be around 400 years old. The "skeleton" tree wasn't there in '94 when I moved here. The large cedar behind and to the left of the "skeleton" tree is still alive. I measured and calculated it to be between 300-350 years old. Those trees were here before North Carolina was !
