I believe this is Aerotron Corp, mini City area, near Spring Forest Rd, Raleigh NC

Correct. Company manufactured HAM, CB, shortwave equipment, ect. Formerly known as Mineola out of Long Island, NY. Closed the MIneola plant and moved to this "modern” around 1967. Went into bankruptcy in the 90s’ due to cheaper foreign competition. .

I worked there from 1977 to 1979. I started in assembly, working with the remote heads under a lady named Doris. My final days were at a workstation troubleshooting and repairing audio amps.
