Appears to be the "Hollands Farm" (Frankie Holland) located on what was "Lewter Shop Rd" (Now Green Level Church Rd ) demolished around 2004 ?

Correct, Ricky Hildebrand. This is the William Andrew Yates house across Green Level Church Rd from Holland Farm. William married Mollie Lewter. Their daughter, Fannie Josephine Yates married Cecil Holland, founder of Holland Farm. Green Level Church Rd was routed north through this property and replaced Green Level to Durham Road. The house was just west of Green Hope School Road.
