My friends own this house!

My husband and I purchased this home from my mother and it has been in our family since 1971. It was built in 1878 and is one of the features on Ohio's Scenic Byway State Route 147.

I want to do a history of this farm located at 52234 Key Bellaire Road Bellaire, Ohio located on St. Rt 147. Before me, my parents owned the farm Blake's - dad was a milk hauler well known in Belmont County. It was also know as the Long-Chase farm. It will be turning 150 years old in 2028.
