This is a photo taken shortly after this home was built.
It was built for a Dr. Hu. He was a pediatrician in Wilmington Ohio and well liked. In June of 1980 the home underwent an addition which just about doubled the original square footage. The plan for the unique addition was designed Charles Reynolds a person of local notable fame.
In 1987 the home was sold by Dr Hu. The new owners were 2 drs. Kathy and Mark Fenton. Optometrists, who opened an eye clinic in Wilmington.
In 2017 I bought the home with my wife, and we brought along a slew of dogs and cats.
Located in a super quiet area, on a 'no outlet' road.
It was Gods gift to us.
