The Strongsville Corporate Center at 17800 Royalton Rd, built in the late 1990s. In this photo the Central Reserve Life Corporation was there. Later it was ICI Paints US headquarters then PPG. Most recently it was Medical Mutual which moved to a small building at Sprague Rd and Pearl Rd. When they left in 2017 the building was foreclosed and it is for sale today. Got a bunch of millions?
