As of February 2017, the small section of the house, that is attached on the back side, is currently no longer in existence. It's been torn down and rebuilt to now house a full back room area that serves as the laundry room and back door/storage room and entrance to the back patio and or garage. (Which the structure that stands alone next to the house, is actually still standing and has also been updated to serve as the main garage).
The land around the house is a little different. It now has more trees, a huge pond, fenced in, much more of a dramatic slope going from the house to the barn. A good 30 feet drop now exists. Kinda crazy!? And the barn no longer exists as it posed a huge risk when we bought the place. The structure was just caving in and it was just unsafe. We had it torn down and buried. This is exciting to see that in a short 37 years that so many changes could happen!
