Known as Jewell High School. Grades 1-6 were downstairs, and junior & high school was upstairs. My father graduated from HS here in 1947. My elementary school education was here. I used to rollers skate on the long sidewalk in front. Many, many memories here.

Yes,,,and that baseball field in the pic’s rear was dominated in the 50’s by Panning, Lehman, Flory,,Gessner, Otte, ,etc,etc,,and ,certainly, Fruth

I played Little League baseball for four years using that field as our home turf. Good times!
