Yes, I grew up in Center Village from 1961-1976. I went to Taylor’s General Store everyday. I loved Jim Taylor! He was so kind and thoughtful!
This was home. I lived in the house in the back of the store. I remember all the transformations of this building. I was part of the village from 1945 until dad sold the store. I miss our small community.
