You can see part of Powell Speedway on the left side. I raced there numerous times in the 1970s. I believe it was one of the Corvette clubs that held the autocross races here.

This was the old Delaware County Fairgrounds until 1937. The 1/2 mile oval speedway was built in 1947. The 1/4 mile inner track was added later. In 1953 this was a NASCAR track! Regular racing stopped in the 1960s and sports car clubs held races here. It was removed in 2003.
