This property was owned by Henry Beaver in 1995. Oral history has indicated that the barn was built by Norman Perry, who owned this property from 1864 - 1874. Mr. Perry was a superintendent of the Stratford Paper Mill. This property was incorporated into Coughlin's Crossing subdivision in 2018. The structures were razed. in 2024, the house and barn have been replaced by apartment buildings.
