7810 Lithopolis Rd Carroll, OH. Original brick farmhouse built by John Leist in 1824 for the Courtright family. The Courtright's were early pioneers of the area in Fairfield County. My parents from 1970-1976, painstakingly "restored" the home to it's original condition. It's interior was still original and had not been modernized which was very fortunate as to keep it's original architecture and beauty of the era and builder John Leist.
