Newbury Rubber on the NW corner of 87 and 44. LC Carran gas station is in the background. It exploded in 76 or 77 and was rebuilt and slowly became Newbury Plaza. The red and white vertical striped building at the right of the picture. There was a mirror of this building at US 322 and Aquilla. . .Gas USA today.
