This was my grandparents farm in Eaton township Ohio. It sits on the north side of Chestnut Ridge Rd west of Rt 83 near Durkee Rd. They were Roy and Dorothy (née Gerhart) Ternes. They had 5 sons, John, Robert, William, Melvin and Peter. They raised dairy cattle, chickens and grain. After their passing the farm operations went to Melvin. Most of the buildings and additional are still there.

This farm was owned by my grandparents Roy & Dorothy Ternes. It was then owned by my father Melvin Ternes until his passing in 2018. The address is 37428 Chestnut Ridge Rd Elyria, OH. This picture is hanging in my father's home to this day.
