This appears to be the old Rose estate Bernie and Bernadette sickle live there with their parents. This is on Laurel Road the nearest intersection of South Carpenter and Laurel this is on the east side of 71. this house is now gone and there is a development.

This does appear to be the old Rose estate but the location is on GRAFTON ROAD just east of I-71. There is a development there now named Reserve at Autumn Creek.
