Home of Grover, Jr and Elsie White on Bashan Road, Long Bottom, Ohio. I, Sheila White Spencer, grew up here with my Three sisters, Sonia White Circle, Synthia White Robinson and Serena White Richie. This was taken the year I graduated from Eastern High School. My grandpa and grandma, Grover White, Sr and Locie White lived across the road from this place.

My home-
There will never ever be anything
quite like my home.
Free to roam
no worries no fears
just country life fun
stress free
a few tears

So quite and calm
I miss my home
The fresh garden food
that we worked so hard for
or spotting a four leaf clover
was the biggest chore
Daddy takin' a hoe to that ten foot snake
or Momma piling up leaves with our big ole rake

I thank God for the way I was raised
oh how I miss my home- My family
My Ma n my Pa in our lil country church
me n my sisters in Sunday dress
Praise God! Beyond blessed!

Nobody has a clue
I only cry to you
