This is my Great-Grandpa's, Buryl Dressler's place. Part of a farm my family has owned before 1831. Spent every Sunday here eating dinner after church.

I had a big picture made for my Mom and Dad long time ago on Rt . 255 in Monroe County. The salesman would come around the area and showing you a black and white photo of the property first . If there was anything in the photo that you did not want in the picture when it was finished, it could be marked . There was an old brush pile that looked bad in the black and white photo , so it was marked . The brush pile in the new picture was painted over .

I knew the Dressler family and they lived on Rt 26. Just a couple miles off Rt 800

This was my grandparents farm Buryl and Ruby Dressler. I spent a lot of my childhood growing up there and have spent a lot of my adult life there also. Sundays we would all go to gramma's to eat dinner and spend the day. My husband and I bought the farm after my grandparents passing so we could keep it in the family. It's a beautiful and peaceful place and we enjoy the time we get to spend there. It hasn't changed much from the picture everything is just older! Good times and great memories with lots more to make with our grandchildren.

The pin on the map is centered on the barn in the photo above. The barn is ID'd as MPB/MCB/WOW 35-56-03 on the Mail Pouch Barnstormer's website.
