My name is Victoria (Zehring) Cain. I grew up on the farm in this picture. My Dad was a Dairy Farmer & delivered milk. The dairy was the Zehringhurst Dairy and the name was later changed to Miami Belle Dairy. What has changed in 47 years: Lots. The big white barn is not there, so many of the out buildings are not there or are in disrepair. This is how the farm looked when my husband & I married 52 years ago. Thanks to you folks, our kids will have a beautiful aerial picture of our farm.
Hi Victoria! My 5Th great grandfather was Christian Zehring...who purchased the land the dairy was on in about 1830. I have spoken to the couple who owns the house and been through it. I just today conbected with Philip Zehring who with his sisters sold the contiguous land about ten years ago. If you ever have time to talk, contact me at 614 441 7057. My name is Julie Duhl.
My grandparents own most of the farm land left an one of the remaining three house on the old dairy farm. We are actually remodling the house now
I have a beautiful one quart zehringhurst milk bottle from the farm. Beautiful embossing. Was curious to find a couple more.
