This charming little Colonial Revival sat at about 15990 State Route 28 at the southwest corner of Maple Grove Road (formerly Cattail Road) until demolished about 2007-2008. A Church of Christ in Christian Union was built behind it in the 1990s, and after that the cottage was doomed.
