My grandparents build the house in 1898 from native timber. My family moved there in1944 when I was 6 yrs old. My brother sold it in196?. Augustus & Adda Norris Hoppes build the house. The property was originally purchased by the Honorable J.T. Norris. I do not know the yr.

Do you know if your brother owned the house 1964 when this photo was taken? Are those sheep in the back corner of the property?

No, he did not, my parents still owned property, the original barn burned and when the large metal building replaced original barn my brother owned the farm at that time. My brother farmed the land prior to buying the farm.
