This is a very cool house. How long have you lived here? Is that an underground garage?

I have lived here for 12 years. The basement is a drive in basement. All of the wine was produced in the basement. I was told that the annex was built so the outer door could be closed before the garage door in the foundation could be opened so no sunlight would get in the basement and affect the wine. There are no windows down there. Only artificial light. Last year I had all metal roofing and siding installed. All of the decks and stairways that you can see were removed. The building was two separate entities as the business was on the ground floor and the caretaker's apartment was upstairs. They are now one so no need for a secondary entrance. I also had a three car garage built on the back between the house and the woods where the propane tank can be seen. It's worth a look if you live near the area.
