This was my jr high and high school— Maplewood jr /sr high in Mecca ohio on route 88. The round structure on the left is the Oscar grant gymnasium - one of the best gyms in the área. The main high school part is on the front right with the junior high wing in the muffle heading toward the back where the track was. About 10 years ago (2010) the school was renovated and the main entrance was moved. We lost the old traditional facade. Good memories!

Yes graduated in 1978,played basketball in the gym and baseball in the back field and ran track

In Easter Break 1969. MHS School caught on fire in the old gym. Burn up the old gym Took them a couple weeks to clean up school water and smoke damage. But we did finish the year up. The Senior Class of 69 had to receive diplomas at Badger HS. The new gym and addition was not hurt. Our school was so small in 69.
