This was my aunt and uncle, Sam & Dorothy Notz's farm. My great grandparents, Samuel Duerr lived there in the late 1800s. In the 1970s the Zoar Village Golf Course purchased the land and buildings across the road from the house so what you are seeing is the parking lot of the Course.
