Looks like Brookside Dairy, worked there as a kid and rode my bike to work. $.95 per hour. Coach Fry lived in the house lower left I think.
If you look at the barn-looking building just left off center, you can make out "CREAM" on it. The building on the corner is the Brookside Convenience store and gas station. The roof over the drive-in area is now gone.
