Once located at the northwest corner of Route 73 and Bunnell Hill Road (at approximately 40 W Route 73), the land was purchased in the early 90's by Clearcreek Township. This is now the home of the Clearcreek Township Administration building at 7593 Bunnell Hill Rd.
