8617 Clearcreek Franklin Rd. Built in 1957, the house has been remodeled. An addition was built on the south side of the house with a screened in porch as the first floor and a traditional room on the second. The dormer windows have been enclosed and the roof flattened out to increase space. The center chimney has been removed but the tall chimney at the breezeway is still there. A front porch has been added.
